Main features of the three
SYSTEM TYPES:
There are carousel, linear transfer and wedge transport drilling units. For all models, a variety of system variants for batch size 1 are already in use.
- Thanks to automatic breadth and height adjustment, there is no set-up time.
- Work piece processing from top and bottom and, to some extent, from the sides is possible.
- Equipping of the drilling units functions through freely selectable drilling assemblies with individually selectable drill spindles.
- An NC axis controlled spot drilling cycle ensures tear-free holes.
- Tool thicknesses, breadths and lengths are measured, and the correction value is taken into account during processing.
- Plausibility checking can occur between the result of the part measurement and the associated data set. The work piece is automatically discharged in the event of discrepancies.
- The work pieces processed can automatically be placed in rack/front trolleys, storage buffers (hedgehog form) or on transport conveyors.
- Drilling optimisation software: the distribution of the drilling pattern over the processing steps is optimised using an algorithm.
- Drilling data is transmitted from the CAD system to the post-processor and is prepared for machine control. Alternatively: the drilling programmes are saved on the machine computer.
- Milling, slot machining and sawing is optionally possible.
