Norbert Hüttenhölscher founded the company with two strong partners. A lot has changed since then – but the recipe for success remains the same.
We are a leading player in innovative machine engineering in the Gütersloh region: our company has grown continuously since 1981 in Verl.
By now, we have more than 220 colleagues in the fields of design, production, assembly, service and maintenance. The operating area, including our Werk Verl and our Werk Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, covers around 13,000 square metres.
The company has grown continuously with the jobs and over the years. The foundation of our growth is the commitment of our employees and the team spirit we live by.
A good working atmosphere is particularly important to the managing directors Rolf Beckhoff (at the top) and Sven Schumacher. Other factors for success are a high production capacity and dealing with customers and suppliers in a spirit of partnership.
Many business partners and employees have remained loyal to us over the years. Values from the early days such as reliability, quality and a down-to-earth attitude still play a crucial role today.
The topics of training and academic studies are also of great importance to us and are part of the company philosophy.
